Puppy Training

A new friend has moved into the house and now you want to do as much as possible right so that the sweetheart and their roommates grow well together. Good training is particularly important in the first few months.

There are different ways to train a puppy/young dog, but the most important thing is to find a training that is best for both the dog and the owner so that frustration does not arise. This requires the owner to understand a puppy's character and breed. Let's work together in my 4-hour Session or 8-hour Session.
Single lessons are possible too.

Obedience

Each dog has its own training speed. Some dogs learn quickly while others require a bit more time. Both are completely normal depending on the dog's breed. Remember that Rome was not built within a day!

Give your friend the time he/she needs to internalize what they have learned. Long-established patterns in particular cannot be changed in five minutes. However, don't fall for the saying, "An old dog doesn't learn new tricks," because even adult dogs are quite capable of adopting and learning new things.

Why Dog Training?

We have a 3 month old goldendoodle puppy and a 6 year old Fox Terrier with behaviour issues. I have worked with dog trainers previously but I'd highly recommend working with Jenny. Her passion for dogs and upbeat nature makes class engaging and enjoyable. She has a tremendous depth of knowledge with extensive experience in a wide range of training and behavioral situations. She teaches so much more than just sit and stay and educates owners about dogs and proper dog ownership. In class I feel she has super human eye sight sometimes as she is watching the dogs behavior and the handlers at the same time, I don't think she misses a thing. I have a two years old Australian Cattle Dog who had some behavior issues. Jenny quickly found out why my dog often didn't respond to my commands and was able to show me how to get my dog to focus on me. I booked 4 hours (1h per week, so I had time to train) and during the 4 weeks, I could call Jenny at any time if I had problems with something.
